INTERNATIONAL BOYS, GIRLS' EVENTS OVER THREE COURSES IN FIFE The contesting teams were Team USA (represented by the International Junior Golf Tour), Team Canada (from the Canadian Junior Golf Association) and Team Scotland, made up of players from the Fife Golf Union. Each team consists of four boys aged 17 to 19; four boys aged 14 to 16, four boys aged 13 and under, and two girls, aged from 11 to 19. The final is between Rachel Livingstone and Roseanne Niven. Krystle Caithness has won her first two rounds in the Scottish Under-18 girls championship at Peebles Golf Club beating Jennifer Linklater 7&6 in the morning and Rebecca Wilson 4&3 in the afternoon. Carly Booth (Comrie) and Krystle Caithness (St Regulus) won their foursome 2 and 1 while Kelsey Macdonald (Nairn Dunbar) and Roseanne Niven from Crieff were 3 and 1 winners of their morning tie. In the singles, Kelsey won by two holes, Krystle by one hole and Roseanne by 4 and 2. Scotland will now play Sweden (5-0) winners over Sweden for fifth place in the final standings. The final will be between six times champions Spain (3-2 winners over Denmark) and Germany (4-1 winners against France). The score shaved two shots off her previous record of 71.

SCOTTISH GIRLS UNDER-21 GIRLS' GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP - Stirling Golf Club.
Krystle Caithness completed a hat-trick of records in winning the Scottish Under-21 girls' golf championship with a brilliant 54-hole performance. After her 10-under-par course record opening round of 64, the 17-year-old from Cellardyke, Fife, added a pair of 69s for a staggering total of 20-under-par 202. That shattered the previous tournament low record of 209 set by the 1996 winner, Laura Moffat. Krystle won by 11 shots from Katy McNicoll (Carnoustie Ladies) - the biggest winning margin achieved in the championship. Krystle also retained the Under-18 Menzies Cup.
