FRIENDLY MATCH - ANGUS vs FIFE - Arbroath G.C.

Eight seniors and four juniors from Angus and Fife competed in a friendly greensomes match at Arbroath. The overall result was a win for Fife by 4 matches to 2.  Special thanks to Diane Watson and Ann Chisolm who stood in at the last minute to play for Fife. Well done to the girls who won both their matches.

COMMONWEALTH TOURNAMENT - Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club.

Great Britain have won the Commonwealth Tournament title, winning three games out of four. The Tournament is played every four years.  Australia have been champions on the last three occasions (1995, 1999 and 2003).    Krystle Caithness, on her debut at British international level, played in 4 singles matches, winning two and losing two.
